i am officially one hundred percent sick of being flabby.
not that i'm fat or anything but man. i used to be 115lbs, fit and healthy, despite a nice case of fibromyalgia and IC.
it isnt the weight itself but the way it manifests itself that bugs me; the areas it likes to hang out on. so today i started my new years resolution. i did 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill (while watching plasma tv no less!). the whole one minute walk, then one minute sprint.
oh man it was awful.
but i'm going to do it everyday. and document the results every week. just once a week because i dont want this to be a total weightloss journal. this journal is about everything. but this whole endeavor is something, you know.
so, starting stats!

weight: 131lbs
chest: 32in
waist: 25in
hips: 36in
upper leg: 20.5in
arm: 11in
the week's plan: 45min cardio to start, every day.
