well the bad news is i didnt get the new job. not enough experience apparantly, but WTFFFFF i have FOUR YEARS of experience in hospitality.

i would call them elitist fucks BUT they did give me a reference to another very nice place, which is actually closer, so we'll see.

my hatred of cheesecake intensified threefold tonight. a customer called our front desk guy a faggot tonight and nothing was done. yes, the guy is gay, and it's apparant, but thats fucking wrong. the management wouldnt even stand up for him or throw the guy out when they were told of the incident. they're too focused on the money so they'll allow a clientele who severely abuses their staff to continue their patronage. FOR WHAT??

i think it's fucking sick.

and i was wondering why the turnover rate was so high.

in other news i ordered james's first xmas present today and it's awesome, because i'm awesome. i wont mention what it is but anyone who knows james really well will definitely be in on it.
