Well, it's Monday and I think fall is actually here in Burlington. The air is crisp and the students are back. Just in time for me to start exercising my Jet Blue privlidges for NYC and else where.
Lookout!
It's Thursday at 11am and I'm enjoying a nice big cup of Joe sitting on a deck in Brookline planing the next few days. Couldn't get in to the Kings of Nuthin show last night. What a bummer! Showed up at 9:30 and heardthe door scream SOLD OUT! It was a mad house. I've never seen so many people for those guys. Maybe it was... Read More
That stinks! I bought my tickets earlier in the day. Last time I saw the Kings at TT's they decided to cut it off as the guy was checking my ID. I wouldn't have gotten in if the club hadn' t evacuated because someone had a heart attack. I also had to wait outside in the freezing cold for two hours and they still made me pay full price! Grrr. I had come up from Providence and there was no way I was gonna miss that show!
Thursday afternoon and rainy. But I do have the distinct pleasure (and sting) of fresh ink on my arm. She turned out wonderful. More color to come in a couple of weeks, but I'll be posting shots ASAP.

Aww. I used to go to Sugarbush every winter. It's been a while.
I haven't been up to anything too exciting. Heading out to see the Kings of Nuthin play a show with Darkbuster at the Mid East on Wednesday. Getting ready for senior year of college Watch out! I may be your competition some time soon
So did you get any choice gear?
I'm sure you'll be uploading photos of your new ink asap
Member joerocker and I will be hanging out. He is a fellow bass player and artist, so go introduce yourself! On second thought I should probably keep you away from eachother because I won't be able to get a word in edgewise
Long time, no journal. I've been really busy at work and trying to enjoy the summer. And mostly trying to stay away from the damn DNC in Boston and the RNC in New York. Now that things are back to normal, I can get into the city again.
Life is good.... except for the chest cold. But that is past the worst part now I think. Also, Naughtia was on really good behavior today... honestly, I think the world of that woman, but there are times when she is just mean,
So to my utmost pleasure and salvation, Burlington has it's first Tiki Bar called Kahiki Moon. Very authentic down to the blowfish hanging from the ceiling. better yet, my friend Fisherman is winging in on Friday with "Fishermans Exotica Burlesque featuring Little Brooklyn and Peek-a-boo Pointe dancing" for the grand opening. The location is 1 Lawson Lane right where the old Ben and Jerry's shop... Read More
