I have a day off today, that's nice. Yesterday we drove to Shiner for a beer. It's an hour away, but Shiner bock is always best when it's drunk in it's hometown and its so fresh the bar literally gets them from the brewery down the block.

finally back,
after I got downsized from my job in April, I had to let go of my SG account. But now, I got a new job and everything is looking great enough for me to go ahead and get another year of SG under my belt. I'm glad, I love this site and all the awesome people on it.

SO I took a demotion at my day job because of economic downsizing. That means I am making half of what I was before. The band and podcast are doing great I just have less play money than I used to. That sucks, but it is forcing me to do things I wouldn't ordinarily.
