A new me means a new name.... I have resolved to do many things differently. That mostly refers to taking better care of my body, eating better, and showing a better appreciation for the things that I have taken for granted. Why the change...well the humbling experience that I just went through with my back surgery. It has taught me that I am not alone and ti is ok to ask for help from family and friends. Asking for help is not a easy thing for me but after laying on the floor not being able to get up for a few hours was a humbling experience for me...Now it is time for me to get stronger and healthier and make a positive change.
