Here are few snaps of the infamous Tour of Missouri.
Stage 1 was held in downtown St. Louis.
EVERY team of importance was present. (all except Lance Armstrong)
It was Tawainai's first time ever to meet up close and personal with crazed fanatics that bruised her left shoulder pretty good all to get terrible pictures with the riders. If she hadn't been carrying two very nice chairs with her, she would have whipped some fanatic ass!
The magical pic you see below is of the famous (hardly) rider by the name of "Sticker". He lives the life of a 21 year old in a 73 year old's body. He drives a honda with a full body kit, a souped engine, and the whole fucking car is covered in stickers. Not one of the companies represented on his car are his sponsors but he seems to think so. He rolls up and honks his ridiculous "la cucaracha" horn and people swarm around him as if Buddha has arrived.

I HATE HATE HATE fanatics. They are so annoying!!! They are like groundhogs. They are completely invisible all year until they hear team Astana's in town. You should see how disgusting they are, fumbling about looking for their Polaroid cameras in their oversized fanny packs. Swiping their poorly groomed heads of hair an breathing hard like they creamed themselves waiting for this moment. Then you should see how they practically rape the riders for a picture! They stink!
The guy in the jersey with the bursting seams, thought i was making a pass at him when i asked him "didn't i take pictures of you at the Naked Bike Ride?" He denied it, but i'm going to check the archives. I never forget body parts...lol
He seemed to be so flattered. I was dead serious. I saw at least 3 people attending the race that i saw riding their naked asses downtown weeks before lol.

The race was amazing. Mark Cavendish (who now unfortunately has to pull out of the race because of nasty St. Louis's swine flu) made the finish winning a bunch of jerseys and a beautiful Harely Davidson.
I will be in Kansas City this weekend to cover more of the tour. I and Tim will possibly be wearing press badges. Look for us!
With love of none other,
T

Indirectly, it is the reason I am in DC.
