Out from the misty morn,
You arose.
A voice inside,
Told you to seek another.
Running through,
Slivers of grass,
Still moist,
From heaven's tears.
Across a meadow,
Lush with flowers,
As yellow as,
The sun itself.
Holding onto that voice,
Echoing in your head,
Following her every direction.
I struggle through,
Another sweaty nightmare.
I can feel you coming,
Hear you calling out my name.
With my arms outstretched,
I can't reach you.
Tears kiss my face,
Not even knowing,
Who you are.
Letting the voice carry you,
To your destiny.
Leading you deep,
Into a dark thicket.
Thorny daggers,
Pierce into your pale flesh.
Digging deeper,
Until there before you,
A crumbling castle,
Towers over you.
I am awakened,
From my dream.
My heart swells,
As I feel your presence,
Drawing near.
Pulling at the shackles,
Once more,
But I am too weak.
I call out in pain,
Through the strongest pieces,
Lingering in my soul.
And with some magic,
My desperation,
Finds its way,
Into your heart.
Climbing your way,
Into the ruins,
Of the castle walls,
Following what you,
Feel this journey was for.
A light streams,
Through the dungeon door.
And there you are,
There to save me.
Blinded by your beauty,
I hardly feel you,
Cradle my frail body,
In your arms.
I look deep into your eyes,
As you delicately kiss,
My dying lips.
Loves fire,
Melts through the chains,
That have enslaved me.
And there we stay,
In each others arms,
Forever.
You arose.
