Ahhh the darkness swallowed me Just kidding But it did make us leave Cedar Point early. Oh well, I was getting an icky tan/burn anyway because it was about 95 there. I'm just glad we had gotten off all the roller coasters in time because there were soooo many people stuck at the tops of them. It took nearly two hours for some of them to get down!
We went to see "Freddy vs Jason" and it was pretty cool. There were way too many screamers though which always pisses me off because I hardly have any adrenaline but they make me jump everytime!
I moved into my new apartment on Sunday and it was again 95. We couldn't get the couch up the narrow curvy stairs though So we just left it at the dumpster for someone else. It's ok because it was my roomie's from last year and she didn't want it anymore.
My parents are leaving Friday for a fishing trip to Minnesota for a week. Party anyone?
I guess it's the day for poetry in journals so here's one from me, not like I don't post mine all the time anyway
Brilliant Red
A tree bursts
Into flames
Lighting the licorice sky
To a brilliant red
Tears from
The little girl
Grow and bounce
And splash
And crash
Until the fierce fire
Dies out
Spiders crawl
In the mind
Of the woman
The man dives into
Her pink brain
And scoops out the webs
Taking away memories
Of pains past
But he cant take
Away suffering
This angers the widow
Living in the juicy shadows
And bites the finger
Poking at her home
A splash of brilliant red
Covers the floor
As the man shrivels
And his dusty remains
Whirl around in the air above
Twirling with the ashen remains
Of the tree
