I've never really thought about new years resolutions, but this year I am going to get serious about losing some weight. I'm tired of my back hurting all the time. I know my weight isn't the sole reason for the back pain, but it's definitely a contributing factor, my job being the other factor. I have already drastically cut back on all the soda and am drinking a bunch more water. I've been trying to work out after work each day, as much as my back will let me anyway. Messed it up pretty bad around September of last year trying to lift up tires at work. Anyway, I'm going to get serious about losing weight this year. Especially when it gets warmer out and I can actually get outside. What's everyone else aiming for this year?
