OK so I never thought buying a house would be this much of a pain in the fucking ass! I have a mortgage broker that is really doing a good job only I can't get ahold of him because he is playing in a golf tournament!!!!!!!! The house I really want is like $10,000 more than I can afford and every other house I have looked at smells like a fucking litter box. So finally I found one today and now I have to make an offer on it and see what happens!!! Say a prayer for me!!!!
