Getting ready for vacation. Montreal and NYC!!!

I will be heading upto Montreal in early September. Going to see The Cult and Offspring. Bars will be Passeport, Foufones, and maybe Katacombes. It's funny, people I meet in Montreal want to live in NY, I want to live in Montreal!!!

We are getting some very much needed rain!!! Smells and feels good this morning!!!

Going to see a personal trainer today. Also started my training for my triathalon goal that I set for next year. Going to be a long hard road, but I am ready for the challenge!!

Went for a nice bike ride tonight. Crossed the river and road through Waterford, following the Erie Canal!! Trying to get out and do more activities. No need to be that 400LB Body Guard any more. Time to move forward in life and get healthy.
