OMG I won 2 cases of red wine! Ages ago I wrote to the Good Food magazine and for months I've been scanning the readers letters and hoping to see my letter published and this month I was about to skip the letters when I saw my name - I didn't think oh yay my letter I thought ohhh someone has the same name as me (yup I'm a bit slow!). Then I read on and realised that it was my letter and I was the star letter! So just waiting for a special delivery!

Hehe I'm so excited, I hardly ever win anything - the last time I won anything was two years ago and it was a nights stay at a hotel.

Pete and I went to Wagamama last ngiht - it was yummy but over within an hour! We're going to try a different Jap restaurant next time.

I asked for tomorrow off, convo went like this:
Boss - is this for tomorrow?
Me - yes
Boss - ok
a few mins later after she's spoken to the lady who knows everything
boss - um tomorrows your birthday
me - yup
boss - well what will we do with all you cards?
me - well i'll be in on the Wednesday - its not a big deal

WTF - its not like I'm going to die or something - what the real reason is they want cakes and if I'm not there they won't get any whahaha!
