I've been a member for about a week and this is my first entry.
It's 04.15 in the morning and i'm trying to stay awake to help with my night shift later. i've spent the evening watching crap on telly and drinking pints of bacardi and coke.
The weekend has been pretty cool, watched the live 8 gig yesterday while getting trashed in my local boozer. well impressed by all the acts that played. I can't stay awake anymore so I better get some sleep. Thanks to everyone who posted on my topic yesterday, I wasn't sure if anyone would. Hope to chat some more soon. Laters.

smile hi, i watched live 8 too. i cried when they said that girl had 10 mins to live and then they bought her out on stage and she was so beautiful! amazing!

Yeah, that was pretty special. It's good to see the results of all the hard work and show people that it aint a waste of time. Let's hope this gig helps just as much (as long as all the violent idiots don't mar the situation with their "protest"). Why can't these fools keep things simple and protest peacefully. hope all is well up in brum. Speak to ya soon.
