I'm very sorry to hear about your man....mine's only been gone for 2 months time. He's home now and even that was tough...I give you major props.

I made a roast too last week. I put too much water in the crockpot and it made the flavor a litte weak. I used dry onion soup mix, but I may have to try your recipe next time.
