my son Ephraim is 2 months old today!!! Do I look old enough to have TWO children!? i still feel like i'm a kid sometimes....anyways- i shot a little video of him coo-ing at me so you could all view the cuteness in action.

tomorrow morning, bright and early we are going to pack us all into the car and head to Georgia for the weekend to visit John's uncle. I'm really not too jazzed about it seeing as that makes us drive back on mother's day and i'd rather not spend my day trapped inside a car with two babies for 8 hours, but whatever. John is leaving in 2 months to go have insurgents try to blow him up on a daily basis for 9 months, during which he will miss christmas with his family, our anniversary, valentines day, canon's second birthday, ephraim's first birthday, my birthday, his birthday- and oh yeah, there's a chance (though i don't like to think about it) that he might not come back at all
so if he wants to visit his uncle, then that's what we're going to do.
canon has discovered how to climb. can i just tell you how freaking terrifying that is?
