I should have stayed in bed on April 15th. Instead, my girlfriend and I broke up. Next thing I know we're on the floor in her closet "saying goodbye".

We'll have to make sure you have a reason to stay out of bed on your next birthday.

This morning I officially got awarded my Postgrad Certificate in Criminal Law.

Now the question is, how to avoid another mind numbing award ceremony and a humiliating photo session in cap and gown?

That's what makes you one of the most caring people I know. Misunderstandings happen and time is all we have to correct these misgivings. I know that whatever happened must weigh heavily on your mind (enough to use the word regret). Just remember that you have people that love you and think the world of you.

3 stations have just been evacuated following incidents on trains. The tube lines are closed. Mobile phone networks are down in the centre of town.

Living in London hasnt exactly been easy for the last ten days.

The day of the bombing there were tears, shock, fear, loss and a 2 hour walk home in the pouring rain.

On Wednesday I had to walk to work again because my tube line was closed.

Sounds tough - but so glad you are (and Britain is as a country) made of stronger stuff - I feel so bad for the families - they are the ones who suffer - the families of the bombers, and the families of the injured and dead... they all suffer for the actions of those few idiots who think they are sending a message of terror.

Ran across this by "accident". I'm going through exactly the same thing. So good for so long, then so very very bad. A good chance to step back and learn a little more about myself. And forgive myself and know I don't have to repeat this in the future. Living is lesson.
