For as long as I can remember I've been told that I have a way of spreading confidence and positivity. That my smile, or my words ring true and penetrate the bullshit.
Just yesterday I spent all afternoon with one of my closest friends, Curly. I gathered the dye, she cooked pasta and we had ourselves a hair makeover night.
I always worry about Curly, she is so much more wonderful than she realises and I fear that she gets used my others. So, I always use our hair dye dates to listen to her about boys, friends and work, the three main best-friend help subjects! Haha.
When we said our goodbyes, Curly couldn't stop saying how wonderful she always feels when she leaves my place. She's always radiating positive vibes! I love it. It really warms my heart to see her so happy 💜
I like to think that this is my greatest quality. Spreading the love.
Even my partner thinks it's funny (and also kind of annoying) that he is the one who walks and spends most of his time with our pup Boba, but if Boba is mucking about or growling at cat across the road it takes so many stern no's to get him to stop. Though, all it takes is a quiet 'Boba, please' from me and Boba is over at my feet giving me apologising kisses. 😜 He is just always so calm around me.
I have no musical talent. I can't dance. I am no good with history, geography or maths, and my memory is atrocious! But if I really can spread positivity with a few smiles, kind words and a calming energy, then I think I'm doing alright lol.
Thank you @missy @lyxzen & @rambo for this fun homework. I'm loving hearing about everyone's awe-inspiring qualities!
So, in closing here is smile for you all. I hope you have a wonderful day ✨
