Last night my favourite band, Die Antwoord, were in Sydney for one night only. My sister and I are huge fans so we had to buy tickets and we were so lucky to get them because the show sold out in 10 minutes.
I was so excited, I couldn't stand it, waiting for it to be time to get pretty for the night ahead seemed to take forever. Not even a broken foot was going to stop me from enjoying this night of a lifetime!
The best part about this night was that my sister Danielle has just recently managed to get out of an abusive relationship and I am so proud of the progress she has made in a short time. This is our first night out together since she began seeing her ex years ago. This was the perfect sister celebration of her new found strength and confidence 💕
I know I've said it before but Danielle and I are so alike I think we were meant to be twins (not identical ones though lol) and it is impossible for us to take 'nice' photos together. here's the proof.
It's like when we're near each other it's just too crazy to be contained! Who likes to be normal anyway? Not me! Hahaha.
Then my mum wanted to get some photos of us because she liked how we had managed to dress so alike while getting ready in different houses. That happens a lot too.
In about 10 seconds we manage to go from cute to crazy and pull the same poses each time. We started out so well hahahaha!
How sexy is my new cam boot for my broke foot? Hahaha.
Ok so back to the concert. It was amazing!! I don't have a YouTube account so I have no idea how else to link videos in blogs but here have some photos.
They created such a fun show and they didn't stop moving, so my photos are pretty bad haha. But it was a fantastic night and I would have ratheres spend the night watching every song than filming 😉
So what do you all have planned for the weekend? Haha.
All I plan to do is relax and read all of the lovely comments on my set that came out at 1am this morning (Australian time) go give it a peep if you haven't yet ☺️
Much love oxox
