I'm sicker then i was before. It's odd but right now I can't sit or lay down. If i do i get the intense urge to puke. But i'm fine when i'm standing up.

My throat feels as though i'd taken sandpaper or sos pads to it, i can't blow my nose because it makes the throat hurt more.

I hate this. I've been taking garlic all week and it's not helping. Nothing is.
