Story time. ![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)
Derek and I managed to get tickets to the 9-5-09 nin show. Which was going to be at the Wiltern theater in LA. I was stoked to have gotten tickets at all, but later realized how sad I was that we weren't going to the final show. I thought, Man, I wish we'd gotten tickets to the last show. But at least we got tickets at all. Still happy.
A few days before our show was scheduled, Trent Reznor got sick, and cancelled the show before ours, and ours. Then I find that they've rescheduled things, and were now going to be doing the 9-5 show on the 9-10, and that it would now be the final show. Head explodey. Fucking schwing! I nearly cried I was so happy. It worked out perfectly. I didn't even have to change my work schedule. I was already off that day.
We stood in line for 3 hours, and with sore feet and sunburns it ended in 37 of the most amazingly performed, badass songs. Over three hours, with 3 encores. I didn't get many good shots, I was too pumped to sit still long. But it was awesome.

I've never heard a crowd so into it than at this show. There were times when it was hard to hear the band over the singing of the audience. And I got chills so many times my nipples were hard through most of the show!
in other words. So. Good.
