Ok so I have an interesting Dilemma... My current place of semi-residence is a tiny ass Florida room (which is cheap as hell $200/mo) that my Roommate really can't afford the rent for so will be moving out soon. She wants me to move with her and her boyfriend(who really just wants out of his parent's house...) but it is like 30 miles from my school and work(not that I care much for the job the money is kinda decent tho) ... this is Option 2...
Option 1 is these two guys from school need a third roommate for a 4 bedroom house that is currently under construction with an estimated finish date of late December. It is about 3 miles from school maybe 5 miles from work. I told them I'd room with them a few months ago "provided things work out", they want $450/month and a share in bills. So prolly close to $550 ish which is easily doable.
Option 3 just was brought to my attention last night at work. Two of my friends at work are getting a 3 bedroom house with another friend of theirs and they only need 2 of the rooms. (master suite for the two who are dating and then some guy I don't know) They want me to be the 4th to split the rent there which would be about $400 all bills included. It's about 6 miles from both work and school... The only real concern I have is with dealing with drama from the two dating in the household, I personally HATE drama, especially over stupid shit that usually comes up in relationships.
So I'm not sure really what to do... The "cheapest" option is move in with my co-workers. would save me like $150/month or so. But the guy getting the house built is in school with me, one quarter ahead, so I'd have immediate access to all of his text books and equipment for classes as well as old tests and such. He also has a chiropractic table that will be set up and ready to practice on anytime... That and I'm kinda over the cockblockery of living with chicks. So hard to choose, especially since I'm friends with all of them... Will have to wait an see how it turns out when the shit hits the fan after I make my decision... any suggestions?
