WARNING: ALL D&D NERDS WILL HATE ME BY THE END OF THIS POST. PLEASE DO NOT, IT ISN'T MY INTENTION.
So it seems that Dave Arneson, the CREATOR of D&D, is a teacher at my school. I managed to get in touch with him to try and set up a meeting for him, me, and Morgan (to cement my being the best boyfriend evar), but he was busy this week with grading finals, meaning that he could only meet next week when she wasn't here.
The point being here is that I'm taking this legend out to lunch next week (by myself!), and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO TALK WITH HIM ABOUT since I am completely unacquainted with D&D.
Anybody have any tips or D&D-related questions that I can try and ask him for you?

Does he prefer to GM or actually role play? Don't take a die, go buy the Monsterous Manual and get his autograph, then send it to me since you don't want it !!!! D:
Talk about a small world, I personally found out today that James Hetfield (Metallica) gets his ink from the same shop I get my ink. From the same artist as a matter of fact. Now the trick is finding out when.
I guess in my part of the US not too many would realize who he is.
