Alright, I'm over the weekend. The drama, the transition from Jenny's Boytoy to just her Confidante. Yeah, it still stings a little because she's so fricking cool. BUT she's leaving town. Get over it, right?
So tonight I have a Karaoke date, tomorrrow a lunch thing, and Friday night I'll be on the town. Busy busy busy. Gotta be that way. Oh, and work will crank up again on Saturday for a whopping 9-straight days. Mmmm-boy!
Why don't I make time for running now that I'm all better from the shitty cold? Next week maybe? I don't know. It's so good for me, and makes me feel great, but I find it to be mundane as all fucking hell! Anyone got a few ideas to help me with this?

i enjoy biking very much even though i rarely ever get out and do it.
also, swimming. just acting like a retard in a pool can get your heart-rate up. you can do some laps but it isn't completely necessary. and i hate them.
mix it up. or get an ipod or something similar. sing and rock out while you run!
so a new location might do it.
or music!!
