I will never tire of listening to The Pixies!

I'm really fucking glad the holidays are coming since I desperately need time away, time to decompress, time to reboot. I've been going absolutely non-stop since I started this new job back in May. Fortunately, I think the hard work is finally starting to pay dividends and I may have quite a productive December.

I'm really thinking I want to start looking at other employment options, though. This has been a total mom and pop operation and I'm shocked they've lasted as long as they have. I want to work at a place where we're developing content, not just creating pretty pictures according to the paint-by-numbers. But you know what? I fucking love this work.

Birthday on Tuesday! I'll be 29 and it'll be time for me to stop smoking for good. Stop smoking tobacco, that is.

The one great equalizer between us all is a finite amount of time. I don't care if you're wealthy or poor or smart or a piece of shit... gotta make use of the time you have since you'll never have it back. And these cigarettes are only taking that away from me.
