Right, apologies again for the massive absence. To be honest, I have no real excuse. Once I get out of practice with something, new priorities rapidly move in to take its place. In other words, I have a very short attention span. Firstly, my exams are finished and I'm waiting to get my results in. I didn't do too great as my exams really seemed to be absolute bastards this semester. I think all the lecturers just really needed to vent this time round. Oh well, we'll see what happens. In related news, Emma got a 1st class Masters and prize for best thesis. Yes, she's that fucking smart.
Music-wise, I went to see Capricorns (for the fourth time) with Lair of the Minotaur, and I took Emma to see Sparklehorse as a birthday pressie. I will say that Sparklehorse aren't really my thing, but they were actually really decent live. Later this month, Deerhoof and Boris! *squeeee*
Apart from that, all is quiet. I've gone back to reading Haruki Murakami, my TV has finally given up the ghost (frustrating, but I'm sure I'll survive) and I saw one of the bleakest movies ever, Sympathy for Mister Vengeance.
Oh, and happy birthdays to Johnny Depp and Natalie Portman.
Love & hugs & all that shit

I'm in fucking love with the new Neurosis. How is the Bee & Flower?
Also, were you ever a Delgados fan? Did you get to see them? Emma Pollock has a solo album coming out, and I think she's been playing some in Glasgow.
Of course if you tell me you used to see Jesus & Mary Chain at the corner pub every Friday night I'll have to punch you in the neck.
