Sunrise, sunset. Bottle full, bottle empty
such a weird last few hours. I've mentioned it before, but I post on www.aperfectcircle.org/forums/
Many of us had begun defecting to another site set up by a pissed off mod. Just stupid internet arguing, bitching and moaning, and a mod that was overstepping her bounds. well, the guy who runs dotorg has decided to no longer run it and it closed it's doors a few minutes ago. It's a damn shame for the apc community as i'll probably never see a good share of the people there. I was really sad when I read about it because it was the first little online community that i really felt like I belonged to. We got along and had a nice little tight-knit group.
So i joined Sweeping Halo, the other site set up by the pissed off mod. I post a few times and I was asked to moderate for the site. Bit of a transition, you close up and move everything from one place to another, but in the second place your lease is a lot less restricting but isn't by your neighbors. I'm slightly confused, very sad, and not sure how i feel besides that. I just have very many mixed feelings about all of this, but I did take the mod job. I did want to mod again.

I'm a whore, i'm aware. Dotorg was the place I went when I woke up. I don't really watch much tv since I spend more of my time online and on my bed. That and I really don't like heading upstairs so i kind of confine myself down here and talk to people there. That and I was always useful on there for APC or music knowledge. I'd even post on there when I was working at Amazon. Just feels weird that it's gone.
RIP www.aperfectcircle.org/ dotorg

But it's also completely understandable. I've had communities like that, and they're not easy to lose. So you're thinking most folks won't just flock to the new one? Mayhaps I should join it...
I tried calling your phone last night for shits and giggles...got a busy signal. Why doesn't that sound right? Do we need to castrate a UPS guy?
I also saw the coolest bus stop ever: used condom on one side, random shoe (Nike) on another, and inside the shelter on the bench a tiny baggy of pot (good looking stuff, too). Also, while waiting there for a bus some guy offered me a joint, and in at least one car that drove by the driver could be seen to have a beer in one hand. I was thoroughly amused, thought you would be as well.
In the end, I need to carry a fuckin camera with me.
i tried, i think... goodnight.
