when did promise rings become important? did i miss a day of class or something? it's not like you can fuse a promise ring, an engagement ring, and a wedding band together. Though if you did, it'd either look like quite the piece of "bling" (god i hate that word) or quite the piece of crap.
i have bad luck with women and jewelry. I've given some form of jewelry to two women and both times our relationships ended quite quickly. and seeing as how i'm not nearly as 100% now as i was with those two, this may be the equivilent of tattooing someone's name to my shoulder.
