So how is my detox going?????????, well I am pretty pleased,

Been to the gym for over an hour on Mon, Tue, Wed and going again tonight !

A friend in the local bar, was leaving having leaving drinks as he is leaving to work in another bar and I was invited out last night,

A few good friends were out and some of the bar staff who I am mates with, so I decided to test my self control, well I am pretty pleased although it was not perfect.

I accepted a couple of cheeky lines and had 2 drinks and then left as I know if i stayed longer, I would have ended up having a bottle of Jack and stupid amounts of powder, so I guess I kind of passed the test.

So this weekend will be the next challenge, been out every Friday and Sat and Sunday since about April, so this is going to be a real shock to the system to stay out of the bars and clubs.

Ok, so here is my plan, party hard it once every two weeks, rather than every Fri., sat , sun and usually once in the week as well like it has been for so long.
