Phew! I'm still uploading my CDs onto iTunes and I've discovered something really annoying. The Genres are very generic.

This may come as no surprise to some given the very nature of the word genre, however I'm all for pigeonholing. Especially if it means you can seperate Rufige Kru from Amorphous Androgynous with a simple operator.

I spent yesterday afternoon in a second hand record store. 3 for a tenner! I love music shopping and went on a hunt for weird and interesting looking artwork by artists I'd never heard of.

Man I'm good at this. Every ones a diamond and they're all different as well. Some rock, some instrumental, some crossover electronic/metal, some pure electronoise.

It feels so good to be home (back on camp). I missed my music man! Gonna go to town over the weekend and spend my hard earned on goodies, plus gotta get dear old Mumsy a pressie for her birthday. Just winding down now, been for a run with a mate. Nothing too far, we were only out for half an hour but we kept a moderate pace.

Oh joy of joys, we're on guard duty tonight. Can't wait. Still at least it's a break from sitting in front of my mac tip-tapping till 4am (like last night!).
