I was so tense today that it was hard for me to focus on the art downtown. One of the artist even tried to be courteous and I was so tense all I could say was good stuff. When in reality I had a lot more I wanted to say about the piece he was talking about.

Good luck on the stop smoking thing. I have tried that and lost. As for thenerves thing they are shot. I went to the doc about mine and he told me mine are shot. But you get used to it. It starts off bad and gets better.
