also, i have the habit of screencapping some of the things my friends say in ichat just because i have funny, funny friends.
by the way, what is the most romantic thing ANYONE has ever done for you?
my ex from a long, long time ago took me on a scavenger hunt throughout a venue in ohio (i spent the weekend on tour with them once) and during each point in the hunt, someone in the band or crew would hand me off a handwritten note telling me where to go next. he went so far as to have arrows so i wouldn't get lost. i finally ended up outside in the parking lot, and i got to the door of a bus, and it said "go to the back" and behind the bus was a table with sushi dinner and him waiting for me. it was like out of a movie.
I'm planning to have a drink or two at Karma Thursday afternoon maybe around 2 or 2:30. Would you like to stop by?
My late wife and I visited her aunt and uncle about 6 months after we got married. They lived in an adult community in Ft. Lauderdale. We were at the pool one afternoon, when my wife's aunt told us that there was something she accidentally left in our room and asked us to retrieve.
When we went to our room, we were greeted by a display of candles, chocolates and his and hers bathrobes. We took the hint and had a wonderful afternoon making love.
This was a totally wonderful and unexpected surprise from two people who were obviously very much in love and wanted to transfer some of their feelings for each other onto us. Needless to say, we often reminisced about that day.
The most romantic thing anyone ever did for me was to actually for themselves to have sex with me ... nah, i'm just kidding!
