So ive been struggling with my diet since easter..kinda. I mean, Ive maintained but only through crazy sessions at the gym because I keep overdoing it on the calorie intake. Tommarow is my weigh in at the docs. and for some reason I feel like it may be one of the reasons for all my mini binges..for some people the pressure helps them succeed but for me because I wanted to loose another 10lbs this month opposed to the 7 or 8lbs im at now, I'm getting stressed and keep eating junk food(in particular, blizzards at dairy queen and nutter butter cookies yum lol) lol makes no sense..but whatever..so Im hoping maybe after the weigh in, I'll get back my self control lol
and if not...anyone have any motivational words of wisdom that could help me get back on track?
although I still have another 27lbs to go before I hit my ultimate goal, I am still extrememly happy with the progress so far...and the fact that I can fit into about 75% of my old "skinny" clothes..including these cute white capris, and being smaller(in particular my boobs being smaller) I have more of a selection of cute, cheap bras, including this adorable one for only $5.99!!
..also, anyone have any good arm toning excercises? (for someone who has extremely minimal upper arm strength lol)
