Happy November and welcome to week 17
(week 17 since surgery numero dos)
What did we learn today boys and girls?
We have learned that sometimes not lifting weights allows you to better focus on rehab (I have been pulled from the weight room and placed entirely into rehab/wrestling mode) What does this mean you ask? Well I'd be glad to tell you.
It means some days I will spend three solid hours of my morning in the rehab room doing sometimes 6 sets of exercises that make my legs shake and my heart race. I will then spend another hour-hour and 1/2 in the afternoon doing different exercises to achieve the same goal.
Other days I wil work on wrestling technique (with the dummy) for 2 hours. On tese days I will also bust my ass on the elliptical. At night I will do two hours of the forementioned exercises that induce shaking.
I AM EXHAUSTED.
But my weak ass hamstring is getting stronger. My knee doesn't stop hurting. But I'm not telling Nick (the Athletic Trainer) because he might not let me do somethings.. and damn it I am not getting pulled from anything else. And it doesn't hurt THAT bad.. more a constant nagging pain.. tendonitis? Perhaps.. we shall see...
I am a little tired so I am not going to regale you with a LOOONG story.. just a little one and it's after I was at the OTC not high school..

I know I've been bad about commenting and the like, but I *am* thinking of you. I'm just feeling a little out of it. I'll be getting a letter out to you soon, though.
