I also have knee/hip issues, but while i'm still in the Corps I've got to keep running since I still have to pass the tests they give us haha. I'm definitely taking it slow for sure. I'm working on my squats too so that my legs don't fall off while I'm running :p

Thank you! Most of my ink can be covered if I'm wearing pants and a long sleeved shirt...although with summer fast approaching that will change soon! I have been a Marine since 2006 and just re-upped for another four years in the reserve side of the house this time though. smile
