I ended up sleeping through the time I was going to run yesterday so this morning when I was struck with boredom at 0530 I decided to venture out. I ran for just under an hour - no idea how far that really is, but it felt good to just get out and get a little exercise in the morning. Lucky for you I took a photo when I got back of my sweet hot pink pants AND my black and grey Koi!! A two fer

Sure are pink, definitely won't be hard to spot be drivers when running but you never know so drivers are idiots. Like the koi by the way
