Is it just me that thinks the name of these is funny? It makes me giggle but they are soooooooo good.
Anyway, I'm in a bit of a better mood today but that's mostly because I get to go to the San Diego Zoo tomorrow. Yay! I have to go buy a turquoise shirt since that's the color our troop got so we can stay together and be able to find each other. I hope I'm not going to have to "chapperone" any of the other kids though. I'm not real good with other peoples kids unless their parents are around. Which is why I don't babysit for extra money. *anymore. I've done it before but NEVER again. I'd rather whore myself than do that. I'll watch my friend's kids ONCE IN AWHILE but not on a regular basis. I really like kids and all just not when I'm in charge of them. One of the girls in my daughter's troop makes me want to tear out my hair everytime I see her so I'm hoping her mom is going on the trip too. Is that mean? Maybe but hey, at least I'm honest and not all fake with people about it. That's another reason I hate to ask my friends to watch my munchkins. I'm sure I'm not the only one to feel like htis about kids and I don't want to be the reason *or have my kids be the reason* that someone wants to tear out their hair. Anyway, I'm excited for the trip. I'm not, however, excited about driving us to the meeting point at butt thirty in the morning so we can leave by 3:30 am. We'll get back sometime after midnight too so that's a bit daunting. We'll sleep on the bus though and besides, I can't stay awake on a road trip anyway so it's best that I'm not driving all the way there lol. I'm going to have to get a HUGE coffee cup to take with me tomorrow. I have to go to Walmart for the shirt anyway so I'll just add that to the list.
The final walkthrough on our house is set for 2 weeks from yesterday so it's getting so close and, barring anything going wrong, we "could" move in on the 21st. YAY! I'm pretty sure a lot of my bad mood lately can be directly linked to this apartment. *that's a nice way of shifting the blame off of me just being a moody person*
I have to go see our tattoo guy. I need to pay for feerlessfreddy to get his last tattoo colored in since it's just an outline right now and will look so much better when it's got the color. I'm also going to see if he's interested in selling the Twinkles in his shop. My friend is trying to contact Hart and Huntington since Carey Hart's wife is wearing them to see if they want to offer them but they haven't gotten back to her yet. Our tattoo guy HATES that shop so I'll tell him he'll be the first to carry them and then, just maybe, he'll be convinced lol. She told me that if I get her any customers, she'll give me a % of whatever they order. So now, I'm coming up with all sorts of places to go and get them to start carrying them.
