Okay, first off let me say YAY! YIPPEE! YAHOO!!! WOO HOO!!! As far as the finance guy is concerned the house is ours! YEAH! It just needs to go to the underwriter now! I'm so so so excited. Yet, still cautious because I don't want the Karma to come and bite me in the ass!
Other than that, I'm gearing up for my busy busy weekend. Today, I'm helping my younger daughter with her Brownies fundraiser and then going straight to a birthday party. Then, tomorrow, fundraiser again and then on Sunday, we have an appt. at the design center for the new house to pick out carpets, cabinets etc. YAY (oops there I go again feeling GREAT about it. I'll stop before I jinx it lol)

congrats. i once got approved to buy a house.glad i didn't though i would have fucked because of this whole insane partner thing. i wanted to get that house really bad but it was $2500 a month for the next thirty years of my life. i wasen't ready for that type of comitment but congrats to you. have fine with the designing.
