Ahhh another Halloween has come and gone. I have to say I'm really glad it's gone now though. I remember when Halloween was fun! Now, it's a chore to get all the kids ready, get them out trick or treating and then home and ready for bed so they can go to school the next day blech. They had fun but damn, there's just so many kids out and it's so crowded. Oh yeah, that used to be fun to me because I got candy when it was all said and done. Now, I'm relagated to pilfering the good stuff while my kids sleep! lol I'm trying to stay out of it anyway though since I'm trying to lose weight. Candy's not going to help me in that endeavor huh? Although, I didn't turn down the 3 musketeers my son offered me lol. 
Today I have to get this house back in order. We had such a busy weekend and the kids had a 4 day weekend from school for teacher in-service and then they were off for Nevada Day too. Yeah, the get a day off for that. I think it's a secret plot to drive parents crazy by making us spend more time with our kids lol. It wasn't too bad, but I was watching my friends' kids too so I had 2 extra on Friday and Monday. Remind me NOT to do that again. The only time I really like other people's kids is when their parents are right there with them to take over when they get bratty. I have enough trouble with mine getting bratty.

You know to be quite honest in Minnesota trick or treating must be at a all time low. I didn't see more than five kids out at most. And I live in Minneapolis. Sorry to here it was such a drag. Maybe Thanksgiving will be more enjoyable. But useally holidays are not so good luck with that. Have a great night
