Is back!!! Man, was Yuma terrible. It was hot, then cold, then hot, then it rained, then hot, then REALLY HOT, then cold. All while living in a tent for the last month. Which, by the way, sounds as fun as it is. but anyways it's time to get back to the gym and hit the diet. And I'm planning on going home for the holidays this year, which will be the third time in the last 11 years. Not so much for Thanksgiving, next year will make a dozen for me missing the fam. Oh well. Hope everyone out there gets time to hang out with the people they love for the holiday this month.
