Going to start his workout regiment tomorrow. Morning time is running 200m repeats w/ 1 minute rests. Should be a real ass kicker since I haven't worked out in about a month. Going to be weird to work out, in a gym, with other people again. I'm thinking about maybe doing a pullup pyramid too. We'll see how that turns out. Also wanting to get my diet started too. Paleo diet the way to go. Lost 12lbs last time I did it. BUT it means no beer, no In-N-Out, no pizza... maybe if I work out 2x a day. Nope, better not. Girls aren't into guys who are pear shaped. I'll be sure to let you guys know how it all went Should be interesting

JK of course. I don't really know you like that.
I myself also have started limiting carbs in my diet lately, and I've noticed an immense improvement in energy. Whenever I start eating carbs again, I notice I start getting gastrointestinal problems. Which is kind of funny, cause I was very very skeptical of the low-carb diet for the longest time. I pretty much tried it as an experiment to prove that it doesn't work, and guess what--it did!
