Yesterday was miserable. I had to work all night. And when I say all night, I mean ALL NIGHT!!! I did a 28 hour workday and when I got home I crashed (obviously) and woke up at 2pm. Now most of my day today is down the shitter. Also started a new diet and feeling drained. I worked out yesterday at the gym which I usually only run and do CrossFit so right now I'm sore as hell. Still trying to motivate myself to go do some cardio tonight. Swimming sounds like a good idea. Then my ritualistic long run tomorrow. I'm thinking about bumping it up to 8 miles tomorrow. did you come down for it?? sadly its very hard to get so many people on the same page let alone the same event!!! We have had alot of failed events!!
