These two-a-days are brutal. Finished a 4.5 miler in 42 minutes, nit as fast as I'd like but I'm showing improvement. I'm doing whatever crossfit has for me tonight. I think I'm taking a day off tomorrow, I could use a FULL day of rest. What kind of training split do you use? How many days on/off?
Well, I've decided not to go to the gym this evening. More like my body unwilling to get going. My calves are sore from today and my quads sore from yesterday. The Crossfit workout involved a lot of legs so i made a promise to myself I'd do it tomorrow. So bring on the shit talking, I know I deserve it.
