did my 1st two-a-day (when you work out twice in one day), and my body is going to be sore tomorrow. Did a 3-mile run in the morning and a crossfit workout in the evening. Gotta start looking good for the ladies this upcomming summer. Shedding the winter coat always sucks but I'm getting an early jump on it this year.

but i also have that prob w/ my calves as well as my shins..i just have to stop every 1/2 mile or so && stretch those out.. its mighty painful but i know in the long run going thru all this will be worth it.. oh yeaaaaaaaaaaa i been outta running for a while.. i just started back constantly this december..before that i was pretty much sparatic all fall long...you want advice on endurance or wut exactly hun?

That's impressive, bud- did crossfit throughout my last deployment, never once had the cojones/got in shape enough to do start doing two-a-days like that. Gotta get back into it, been dropping the ball since separating.
