Low mood.... How do you guys go about shifting your low mood? What's your go-to? I used to go to the cinema on my own and do like a 3 film marathon. Watch something dumb, something scary and something heavy/life affirming (depending on what's on of course....). In between I'd go get food and just generally not communicate with anyone.
