Video courtesy by my friend Chris be brought up the rear as our sniper, the gentleman infront of him in the blue hat was our squad medic Hiroto, infront of him was me. Unfortunetly all you can really get a glimpse of here and there is my backside and infront of myself was our point man who you cant really see at all. The path we walked was one of the better one that day.
In this next video my friend is recording a little bit of a shoot out. We had engaged the enemy but were terribly outnumbered, 6 of us and about 20 of them. After he was shot and marked at killed, he pulled out his camara and began recording the ongoing battle, unfortunetly none of us survived If you listen to the audio when you hear a voice yell "we've got one more" That would be a refrence to me. After we initially broke the tree line I layed down a bursting spray and ran for some tall grass. I took cover in the grass and attempted to pick off as many as I could before I was noticed. By then I had downed 2 and instead of giving my position away I decided to lay quite for a moment longer . But when an oncomming patrol got to close for comfort I took both of them out with shots from my pistol (its much more quiet than my rifle). Someone with a keen eye noticed two guys drop and called out which was a dead give away for my location. I popped up and let loose with a grenade round and ran for it (listen for a small popping sound before you hear someone yell about having one more) . I managed to mow down one more before switching magazines but fumbled during a reload and opted to ditch my rifle entirely, pop smoke and run for the tree line with my pistol. I ditched my rifle drew my pistol and smoke grenade but was cut down by fire from 6 diffrent directions. Fuck did that hurt.
God I could just relive that day forever. Until the next operation which will be coming up in August in manitoba and this time around. We get to use real helicopters.

I know people who talk to walls and other inanimate objects! Dare I admit that?
My GPS maps seem to be fairly accurate, except when out in the country.....when I went out searching for a location near Saskatoon around Valley Road, it sucked.....and also finding Cranberry Flats.
