So the project I'm working on is going well. We added a new member to our narrative team today, always exciting to welcome a new member to the family
I'm hoping that we'll get along really well, especially since they sit right next to me - it's nice to get another person in though, we've lost a few in recent weeks and mostly people I was close to. About the same time my 5 year relationship fell apart in early June, my two best friends in Montreal both moved out of the city (to the other side of the world).
I probably could have handled either or of those situations happening, but with both happening at the same time I felt like a jet plane with both engines out.
Turns out I found strength and support in the most unusual places. People literally came out of the woodwork to give me strength and love and I couldn't be more thankful.
Now I'm just exploring the city and trying to enjoy the summer.
