My hands smell of bleach.

I'm dishwashing temporarily to pay the exorbitant rents they charge in the pretty towns in the South of France. In my other life, im a French/Linguistics student! I'm actually speaking more french now i'm in the "real" French world (as opposed to surrounded by other foreign students), than i was before, and hey, I provide the chef with a good laugh when I fail to pronounce the unpronouncable difference between the French words for "neck" and "arse"....
Its the end of March, and I'm in a pretty summer dress, because it's too warm outside to wear anything more. Although I miss England, wow this beats all that rain! I've just smuggled a pot of marmite, penut butter, proper tea and jelly babies through customs with me this weekend from england. You really dont know how much you miss the mundane little things like a packet of multicoloured nothing-but-sugar-baby-faces staring back at you as you bite off their heads.
In other news, if anyone feels like donating some pretty flowers in this general direction, they'd be gratefully received. My studio (read "room") is so bare....
