I just watched the movie 61*. It's a great movie even if you hate the yankees.

He looked like Johnny U in the flat top. Just a big ol' country boy playing a game. Where did those guys go in the steroids and million dollar contracts. I'm glad i grew up in the 70's when the a's won three straight titles. It was a different time and i don't know if kids these days would understand. baseball is just a great game that kids played. Some just bigger kids like mickey mantle. *tears up*
