Repairs went well. Closing now scheduled for Monday @ noon. I predict it will go off without a hitch--especially with the seller's agent not in attendance. She's an obfuscating twit. (If you want to subsitute a different vowel, be my guest.)

Gotta work tomorrow to make up for Thursday's shenanigans. Joy.

I'm bone-tired right now. I'm going to take another extended nap.
