I have a lot of problems sleeping. Most of it is because stress. I have not tried melatonin in a while. Maybe I will give that a shot. Thanks. I usually drink tea. Maybe I can find some sleepytime tea with melatonin in it.

The gig kicked so much ass!! Everybody was on top of their game. The other bands played really well. The crowd pretty much behaved themselves. I'm really proud of the people I play with.
